I’m Ricky, a filmmaker, photographer, and the owner of RGZ Productions LLC. I specialize in crafting compelling wedding, commercial, and social media content that tells a unique story. With every project, my passion for visual storytelling drives me to create authentic, engaging experiences that resonate.
My Story
My journey into filmmaking began in 2015 when I started creating music videos. In 2017, I produced a history documentary for a high school project that went on to compete at the state level, sparking a deeper passion for the art. By my senior year in 2019, I founded RGZ Productions, focusing on capturing family events and special moments. I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2022 with a degree in Film, Video, Animation & New Genres, further honing my craft and expanding my creative vision.
I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, who occasionally lends a hand on wedding shoots and always offers a fresh perspective on my work. Together, we have a 12-year-old Schweenie (a funny mix of Shih Tzu and Dachshund) who’s a fan of cuddles and belly rubs. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, reading, and unwinding with my wife while watching shows and movies. Oh, and I’m a die-hard Packers fan.
I absolutely love capturing weddings, especially on video, as it allows me to turn a couple's big day into a beautiful fairy tale. As a husband myself, I deeply connect with the excitement and emotions of couples on their wedding day. This connection helps me capture and craft their love and happiness in the most authentic and meaningful way.
